1 hour hatha flow class moving mindfully, connecting breath and movement and taking time to relax and release tension.

A little bit about me...
Rachel
300hr training including Vinyasa, Yin and Trauma Informed Yoga

I noticed growing up I was always pained to see anyone suffer, physically, emotionally or psychologically. Seeing people suffer has always given me the urge to help. I've also always been fascinated in why we are the way we are.
Looking back maybe I thought if I can understand people, I can help them. My psychology degree gave me lots of insight into this and really changed my way of thinking, however I was still searching for a more caring approach. This led me to complete my nursing masters.
Somewhere in the midst, after years of nursing and caring for people with a multitude of physical and mental health issues, I found yoga.
When I really established a regular practice, it changed something. It ignited something within that's difficult to describe but I'll say it was like a little seed, being planted within, being sown!
The sowing of this seed allowed me to grow in so many ways 🌱 ways I never thought I could and eventually led me to take the leap and complete a yoga teacher training program.
And so Flow2sow Yoga came to be.
